Apostle Paul said in Ephesians 4:31-32, “Get rid of all bitterness, rage and anger, brawling and slander, along with every form of malice. Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.”

Untamed anger can cause the destruction of many relationships. You can get mad at your parents, relatives, friends and the whole world but are you wanting to stay mad? Angry? Instead of letting anger take over your life, fight it off with kindness. Put yourself second and others in front. Jesus loves you and put you first when He died on the cross for your sins and gave you eternal life. Be like Him. If you are angry today, choose to forgive and leave everything else behind!
