Interference: Confusion is a tool our enemy has mastered. He knows we can’t operate in our purpose if we have seeds of doubt in our heart. He knows if he can tempt us with earthly comforts that we will quickly forget our eternal reward.
He is the expert of interference, and if he can work his way between you and God he most definitely will, and he will do it by drawing your eyes away from Heaven.
You will experience difficulties in your life that take their toll on you. Yet, when you want to give up, God is calling to you to keep going, to keep your eyes on Him, and to keep showing His love to a broken world.
What is interfering with your relationship with God? What has distracted you from pursuing your calling? Nothing on this earth is worth missing out on your purpose. If your mind is stuck on earthly ambitions or problems, then you are missing out on the very thing you were created for!
You may be in a place of confusion now, feeling like you’re just going in circles. You may be questioning your purpose because nothing seems to be going right. You may be unsure of what you are called to do, or even if you can be used by God in His greater plan.
You can take a deep breath, because the next step is much simpler than we often make it out to be. You just need to ask, slow down, and seek a stronger more meaningful relationship with God than you’ve ever had before. Be honest and trust Him to show up and let His Spirit lead you down the right path!
Remember, when something is ordained by God it will not fail. You can only fail at what God calls you to do if you quit. That’s not to say you won’t struggle or have major set-backs that feel exactly like failure and confusion, but if you press on and trust, God will cut through the noise and bring you peace and direction once again.
He knows exactly what you need in this very moment. He’s reminding you of His deep love for you now and forever and nudging you that He has your back as you pursue your purpose.
“I have said these things to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world.” John 16:33
