No one else can make you better at what you do! No one can make you a better parent, husband/wife, employee—no one but you! No one can make choices for you either. You have to make the decision to be who you are born to be! How? First, ask yourself AM I FULFILLED? Second, ask yourself AM I TRUSTING GOD WITH MY LIFE?
You can’t have one without the other.
Are you happy in the place that you are at? Are you just waiting and hoping for things to get better one day? Many people grow old regretting that their life could’ve gone on a different path if they just did this or that…
This is the message you need to hear: DO NOT BE DISCOURAGED! You can make a decision today to surrender any confusion, disappointments and failure and exchange it for the strength, wisdom and purpose of God. Now is the right time to do THIS, not tomorrow, next week, or next year! “But I am not ready yet,” you can say. When will you be ready to let go then? God is not searching for the most righteous human being on the planet Earth! He is searching for YOU, exactly who you are, mistakes and all! He wants you to look in the mirror and see yourself as He does—as His child, beloved and filled with purpose. He wants you to look past the FAILURE and see the SUCCESS! Success in your spiritual life will bring you FULFILLMENT and HAPPINESS which can become contagious to others around you!
The Word of the Lord came to me, saying, “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart; I appointed you as a prophet to the nations.” “Alas, Sovereign Lord,” I said, “I do not know how to speak; I am too young.” But the Lord said to me, “Do not say, ‘I am too young.’ You must go to everyone I send you to and say whatever I command you. Do not be afraid of them, for I am with you and will rescue you,” declares the Lord.
