At times, we all need precise direction, strength to get through life’s challenges, healing in our relationships or body, and relief from the stresses of this world. When life is complicated, confusing, and lonely, our first response should be to run to God.
For me, it took time to develop that “automatic” response. I tended to try and fix it myself; if all else failed, I ran to God, frustrated, scared, or upset. After years of working toward a deeper relationship with Him, I now include Him in everything, doing my best to stay in constant communication over decisions that lead to the big stuff, and a lot of the little stuff too!
It has helped me immensely, and I’m sure it will help you too!

Prayer request for intercession.
I’m really really suffering with anxiety. There are people from my past that have been coming to my young adults group, and they symbolize pain and loss and rejection because the parts of my past/communities they come from, are incredibly hurtful places I used to be in as well, and I’m terrified of losing my space, relationships, etc. especially afraid of losing/being forced to share my relationship with my big brother with these people I’m threatened by. I feel so hopeless and helpless, not to mention I’m a highly traumatized person as I am fatherless, and my other big brother died as well. And I need Him to move and fight for me on my behalf, He promises to protect the fatherless. I feel like my life is going downhill fast, and loss is inevitable. I need a miracle, and have always wanted that covenantal David and Jonathan relationship.

Heavenly Father,
I pray for my father whose left lung collapsed post cancer surgery and doctors team done bronchoscopy for his recovery. Presently he is in ventilator and planned for tracheostomy surgery today to resolve breathing issues.
Lord, Kindly intervene and completely heal his lungs, clear all weakness, obstruction, breathing complications, and grant him a full, swift recovery. Grant him the strength to breath on his own and safely bring him off the ventilator.
Guide the doctors, relieve his discomfort, and restore his vitals and strength so he may return home to us in perfect health. Please wrap our family in Your comforting embrace and give us the patience to wait for his full recovery.

Things in my life and at my church and my young adults group are not going well at all. There is a new girl that is going to come possibly to my young adult group and she is a part of my past and she is very threatening emotionally and mentally to my mental health and I am terrified of several other people stealing my joy and my peace and happiness away from my life at my church and young adults group because they are very painful people to be around and all I can feel is anxiety and fear, and threat from these people, including the girl that I used to work with in my past. Please be praying that this girl does not come to my young adult group and hurt my life even more, and please pray that God would redirect these people that are so threatening to me away.

Hi, my name is Adam. The past seven years of my life have been incredibly difficult, and painful, and in 2021, my father died. One of the most difficult things about his death is the fact that I never truly experienced what having a good dad was like, and now he is gone. And on top of this loss, I lost my big brother too about four months later, and that’s when my grief was truly felt, and I broke open. I have so much loss, fear, anxiety, depression, trauma, and God says that He will protect and look after the fatherless orphan, yet I don’t feel that He is or see it, and it scares me. On top of this grief and trauma, there are people around me that are causing insecurity, fear, anxiety, and I fear they are devaluing and diluting my church, young adults group, and relationship with my new big brother, and I’m just getting the bare minimum now or becoming the last choice. And that is mortifying. I need prayer for a miracle, and that I would be chosen, loved, and not forced to share something that I need to be uniquely between me and my big brother. And that no more threatening people would come to my church and young adults group. I’m scared. I need favor, find it in your heart to pray these things and for protection over me as I am fatherless.

Intercession for miracles.
Hello, I need deep Intercessory prayer. I feel like David in Scripture internally when he wrote his Psalms of grief and suffering. Because I am deeply suffering. For context, the last 7 years of my life have been hell, my father died, so did my big brother, my sister betrayed me too and abandoned me to move to Oklahoma and live an ungodly life. Not to mention I had so many betrayals within the last year with my workplace gossiping, betraying, lying to me, and then wrongfully firing me due to me having such traumas, with many manipulative/gaslighting strategies that were used by them. I was raised in a church that deeply betrayed and hurt me as well, but thanks be to God I am in a good, Bible teaching church now that I cherish and adore. But now, I am being surrounded at my young adults group by people from my past, as well as new people I’m incredibly concerned about diluting my space at my church and young adults community, as well as steal my new big brother from and force me to share what is so special and important to me. I long for the David and Jonathan covenant relationship with my big brother, but he’s being very hurtful to me now too. I’m so worried about people that are harmful around me. Find it in your heart to pray for this fatherless child right now and for my protection, I am asking for a miracle. Thanks.
