At times, we all need precise direction, strength to get through life’s challenges, healing in our relationships or body, and relief from the stresses of this world. When life is complicated, confusing, and lonely, our first response should be to run to God.
For me, it took time to develop that “automatic” response. I tended to try and fix it myself; if all else failed, I ran to God, frustrated, scared, or upset. After years of working toward a deeper relationship with Him, I now include Him in everything, doing my best to stay in constant communication over decisions that lead to the big stuff, and a lot of the little stuff too!
It has helped me immensely, and I’m sure it will help you too!

I am feeling dreadfully hopeless and have especially the last 6 years of my life. I lost my father and big brother, people are treating me wrongly as a fatherless child, and I feel miserable. I need God’s peace, and strength. And I need Him to restore these holes of big brother and father, tangibly with men in my life to fill those roles. Please pray for me. I am asking Father God for a powerful, miraculous intervention: that every person or influence who threatens the sacred, soul‑knit covenant I long for with Joshua would be redirected away from him, from me, and from YAGG. There are people from my past and some new faces — including a couple of girls from camp, (a toxic camp I worked at in the past), and others who have joined YAGG group chats — whose presence is causing fear, confusion, and deep unrest in my heart.
Pray that God would remove or redirect these threats, protect our community, and guard the space around Joshua and me. Pray for a miracle that a David‑and‑Jonathan kind of covenant would deepen between Joshua and me — a one‑of‑one, holy, exclusive bond that is prioritized, pure, and protected if it is God’s will. Ask the Lord to open Joshua’s heart with clarity and tenderness, to give him wisdom and integrity, and to make me his priority.
I desperately need your intercession on my behalf for a miracle for these threatening people to be redirected and removed. They are deeply hurting me and causing overwhelming tension and chaos.

My husband & I have been separated for about 2 1/2 years. We've tried numerous times to make it work. Last night was a short new beginning. Before the night was over, he made it evident we are also. He has a number of addictions that have always interfered with our marriage, especially in our intimacy area. Which is his biggest complaint. Last night started off so perfect, but by the time I got to bed, his heart totally changed again. And now he doesn't want anything to do with me again. I still love him after 35 years. And it's just so very hard. I don't know what to do. He doesn't want any counseling of any sort which I would, but I have a lot of health issues and I can't drive, which is another issue. I need a lot of physical healing. And wisdom what & when to do some things. I'm hurting physically and mentally, both, very much. My heart is so torn. I am so upset. I don't want it to be the end. I thanked God for another chance. And then I blew it. Then it doesn't take much to blow it with him. I also need continued transportation for Dr appointments and trying to get to church. Also, that my health insurance choice continues to be a right decision. I'm so sad and depressed. I'm so moody and grumpy with so much to bear. It's just too much, just one of the things between the health or the husband would be enough. But I've got both of them and there's so many things to it. Please pray that God would move again and touch his heart. That he wouldn't give up because he's ready too again. I just don't know if there is any more hope for a good chance in a restored marriage. I don't know what to do. Please pray for us and also for finances, that he would give me money to survive. Thank you so much.
