At times, we all need precise direction, strength to get through life’s challenges, healing in our relationships or body, and relief from the stresses of this world. When life is complicated, confusing, and lonely, our first response should be to run to God.
For me, it took time to develop that “automatic” response. I tended to try and fix it myself; if all else failed, I ran to God, frustrated, scared, or upset. After years of working toward a deeper relationship with Him, I now include Him in everything, doing my best to stay in constant communication over decisions that lead to the big stuff, and a lot of the little stuff too!
It has helped me immensely, and I’m sure it will help you too!
Prayer is how we communicate with God, get to know Him better, and find solutions to everyday challenges. As we learn to enter and stay in His presence, we develop a listening ear,
where we deepen our relationship and can then sense His voice and direction.
He hears every prayer, but responds to
what aligns with His will.
1 John 5:14-15, “This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. And if we know that He hears us—
whatever we ask—we know that we have what we asked of Him.”
The most effective prayers, agree with God’s will. God shows us His will in the Bible.
As I have studied the Word over the years,
I’ve learned what He thinks and how to pray what He agrees with—
IT’S POWERFUL and TURNS THINGS AROUND
for our good!
To get you started, we have put together several prayers covering different situations using the Word of God. You can start by reading them as a prayer to God with a heart of faith.
You’ll be amazed at what God will do with this simple yet powerful act.

We are looking forward to hearing your good reports of our prayers together!

Right now, someone is waiting for what your generosity can provide — a Bible in their own language, a meal that says you matter, a moment of hope in the middle of hardship.
You don’t have to travel the world to change it.
When you give to Creative Outreach, you become part of every story we get to tell — every life touched, every door opened, every heart that encounters the love of Christ.
No gift is too small. Every dollar counts.
Give today — and help carry hope to someone who needs it ♥️

Father, in the mighty name of Jesus, I ask for travel mercies, divine protection, and strong health over me, Mitch, our children, grandchildren, and entire family. “For He shall give His angels charge over you, to keep you in all your ways” (Psalm 91:11). Guard every road, vehicle, home, and destination. Let no accident, sickness, evil, division, or tragedy come near us. Cover our marriage with unity, loyalty, peace, tenderness, wisdom, forgiveness, and deep covenant love. Lord, You know every hidden burden and every unspoken prayer. Touch Mitch completely: skin, digestion, urinary system, blood pressure, and every past infirmity. Strengthen his body and let him far surpass the earthly lifespan of his parents in health, peace, strength, and years. “With long life I will satisfy him and show him My salvation” (Psalm 91:16). Let longevity, vitality, and protection rest upon our whole family. “By His stripes we are healed” (Isaiah 53:5). In Jesus’ mighty name, amen and hallelujah.
