The Interruption

[vc_row][vc_column border_color=”” visibility=”” width=”1/6″][/vc_column][vc_column border_color=”” visibility=”” width=”2/3″][vc_column_text]No family, no matter what it looks like on the outside, is perfect. Even though God has a divine plan for the family, the reality is we live in a far from perfect world, full of evil, hate and sin.

This is why we hear all too often stories about children being found abandoned, family members killing each other, domestic violence, sexual abuse, abduction and suicide. If you’ve ever been hurt by a family member in a serious way, it will surely bring confusion and hurt toward God’s divine purpose for the family.

“If I was destined to be in this family by God, then why did ________ happen to me?”

This world’s system of self-focus, temptation and sin constantly tries to interrupt God’s plan for the family and our individual lives. Bad things happen because people make bad choices with the freedom that they are given. The world’s system brings continual competition to priorities and morality, BUT it can be fought against by returning to God’s family design and putting Him first.

As a family, we have a responsibility to one another, to protect each other because we are made to be a unit. We must hold each other accountable and offer support, love and guidance. Parents are designed with the obligation to raise a child in righteousness and love so that they may live in the destiny God has for them!

As a family, make a decision to be anchored in God and His Word. Ask Him to show you how to forgive and to work together to set His priorities in each of your lives![/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column border_color=”” visibility=”” width=”1/6″][/vc_column][/vc_row]
