Opening our hearts requires cleaning the internal spaces in which we live.

When thoughts of cleaning come up, most think of a house, storage, or car, but our hearts and minds are far more critical than possessions.

The condition of our hearts and minds determines the quality of our lives and our relationship with God, ourselves, and those around us.

If you ponder Isaiah 43, you see the conditions on God’s ability to send “New” into our lives; we must choose to let the past go, with its regret, pain, and losses.

New things will come our way when we prepare our hearts to receive them ❤️

‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭43‬:‭18-19 NIV
“Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past.
See, I am doing a new thing!
Now it springs up; do you not perceive it?
I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland. “
